What to Expect

Mild swelling, redness, and sensitivity are normal for the first few days.

A bit of clear or white discharge may occur—this is part of the healing process.

Do not panic. Do not touch. Do not overclean.

Clean It  (2x a day)

✅ Use:

  • Sterile saline solution (or make your own: 1/4 tsp non-iodized sea salt in 1 cup warm distilled water)

  • Cotton pad or sterile gauze

💧 How:

  1. Wash your hands thoroughly.

  2. Soak or compress the area with saline for 3–5 minutes.

  3. Let it air dry or pat with a clean paper towel (never cloth).
